Full-Service Automotive Repair Shop
Jim started working part-time for his father when he was 13 doing odd jobs around the shop, and by 15, he had begun working on cars every day. His father always took the time to talk to customers, explaining why he was doing what was doing, or why they needed to certain repairs. His father’s approach to customer service left a lasting impression on Jim.
At Hofker Automotive, we are determined to do right by our customers, and we do not force them to get unnecessary services. Jim has always treated customers like family, even being told: “it’s like working with a boy scout.”
